Booking with Jeger Guides & Outfitters
In our own hunting and guiding careers, we’ve experienced what can become an uncomfortable situation for various parties – monies owed. Please see our transparent breakdown below of how the payment process works at Jeger Guides & Outfitters.
Step 1.
Contact Jeger Guides & Outfitters to book and confirm your hunt, at which time you will pay a 50% deposit.
(Please refer to our cancellation policy below for further details.)
Step 2.
Upon receipt of your 50% deposit, Jeger Guides & Outfitters will confirm and pay the total cost of your hunt with the guide / operation you’ll be hunting with.
(This excludes any trophy fees if applicable).
Step 3.
60-Days prior to your hunting adventure, you will pay Jeger Guides & Outfitters the remaining balance of your hunt.
Excluding gratuity, you will not be asked or expected to pay the hunting guide / operation any money directly. Should an opportunity present while hunting that incurs a ‘Trophy Fee’, Jeger Guides & Outfitters will invoice you for the agreed outstanding ‘Trophy Fee’ after your hunt. Jeger Guides & Outfitters will settle any additional fees directly with your guide / operator.
