Terms & Conditions

When confirming a booking with Jeger Guides & Outfitters, the guest/s take full responsibility for the booking whether financial or otherwise.  

50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your hunt, the balance is required no later than 60 days prior to your arrival / hunting date. If final payment is not received, Jeger Guides & Outfitters is entitled to release the booking with no further liability to it. In such circumstances, the deposit will not be refunded to you and any reimbursement of payment received will be in line with the cancellation policy below. 

Cancellation must be made in writing via email AND receipt of the cancellation must also be confirmed in writing by Jeger Guides & Outfitters. We will use every reasonable effort to respond to emails on time, however, please ensure that you follow up on any cancellation notification. Jeger Guides & Outfitters will do our best to accommodate international hunters arriving late due to unforeseen travel circumstances, however this is solely dependent on availability. 

In the event of a valid cancellation, the following terms will apply:

• More than 120 days before arrival - your deposit is refunded (net of any bank transaction charges, currency exchange charges, and an admin fee of 10% of the deposit booking value). 

• Less than 90 days prior to arrival - the 50% deposit is forfeited unless a replacement hunter/s take your place. 

• Less than 60 days - 100% of the total hunting price is forfeited unless a replacement hunter/s take your place.

• No shows - 100% of the total hunting price is forfeited.

Jeger Guides & Outfitters recommends that all guests travelling to the UK obtain travel and medical insurance on their own behalf. If a guest chooses to go hunting without comprehensive travel and medical insurance, Jeger Guides & Outfitters, and any guides / agents will not be held responsible for any liability arising due to cancellations or rebooking.
